Young Author Publishes Debut Sci-Fi Novel

Amity College is proud to celebrate the incredible achievement of Year 8 student Maya Ahmed, who has officially published her debut science-fiction novel, Operation R.A.D.

At just thirteen years old, Maya has transformed her love for science fiction and mystery into a full-length novel filled with suspense, adventure, and teamwork. Her story follows a group of teenagers at Ravenwood High as they uncover a dark secret and must work together to survive the challenges that unfold around them.

Maya’s accomplishment is a wonderful reflection of creativity, determination, and the power of student voice. Through her passion for storytelling, she has demonstrated what can be achieved when imagination and dedication come together.

Her achievement has already become an inspiration to many young readers and aspiring writers within the Amity College community, encouraging students to pursue their passions with confidence and creativity.
