Amity College's annual Careers Expo, organized by Sule Amity Graduates Association (SAGA), was a remarkable event that brought invaluable benefits to our Year 11 and 12 students.
On Wednesday the 17th of May, we welcomed our esteemed alumni back to Amity College for a day filled with education, inspiration, and guidance. Our main focus was to help our senior students make informed decisions about their future career paths.
The day kicked off with separate sessions for Boys High School and Girls High School, allowing students to delve into a variety of career options. The gym was transformed into a hub of knowledge and experience, with graduates representing different professions.
In addition to exploring various careers, our students had the privilege of attending presentations on high-interest fields such as law, business, and engineering. These informative sessions broadened their horizons and provided valuable insights into potential career paths.
Our dedicated graduates also conducted workshops that focused on essential study skills, stress management, and achieving a top ATAR score. These workshops empowered our students with the tools they need to succeed academically and personally.
The impact of this day on our Year 11 and 12 students was truly profound. They left the expo feeling inspired, motivated, and armed with newfound hope for their future. The opportunity to engage with graduates, ask questions, and explore unique career options has opened doors they may not have known existed.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all our graduates who generously contributed their time and expertise to make this event a success. Your guidance and support have made a lasting impression on our students.
To our incredible students, we want you to know how proud we are of your enthusiasm and eagerness to explore different career paths. Remember, the journey to your dreams is unique to you, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
